We first met and engaged the services of Matthew Paveley in 2004, in his role as a Financial Advisor for Bank of Scotland Investment Services.

Matthew and the team at CITADEL have provided ‘one to one’ pension and financial guidance to our staff for many years. The relationship we now enjoy has enabled a more personal service for our employees, who are happy to deal directly with CITADEL on a more flexible basis  if required. Our monthly onsite  Pension clinics have obviously been affected by the COVID-19 restrictions, however with the help of Matthew, Lorraine and Lauren we have been able to continue to offer this valuable benefit to our employees, through the use of technology.
