As you may have seen in our previous articles it’s that time again when the Citadel Team dust off our walking boots in aid of our chosen charity.
On the 7th and 8th of June, Matthew, Lorraine and Darren will be walking the Ackling Dyke, following the course of this Roman road as closely as we can, starting at the Badbury Rings and finishing at Old Sarum in Salisbury.
The total length of the walk is estimated as 22 miles, which given none of us are getting younger feels like a challenge!
We are completing this in support of our nominated charity for 2024 and onwards, Devon Freewheelers, whose volunteers provide emergency blood courier support to the NHS and Air Ambulances in the South West of England.
We are always grateful for the generous support of our friends and clients and if you feel you would like to make a donation and find out a little bit more about our walk and chosen charity, please visit our Just Giving page via the link below.

We will keep you updated on our progress and look out for pictures of us in action! 🤣
