As part of our move to reducing our carbon and waste footprints we have recently purchased a fully electric company vehicle. We have been focusing hard on utilising technologies to reduce our impact on the environment whilst ensuring that we still deliver all our services in the format individually preferred by our clients.
We recycle all our paper waste, batteries and electrical equipment, and utilise a 100% renewable electricity provider. Many of our clients are embracing and preferring the use of video calls, although of course we are remain available for face to face meetings, where the new vehicle should help reduce our carbon footprint. All our clients can benefit from access to our secure Personal Client Portal which means letters and documents can be uploaded and shared rather than posted, by Citadel and our clients. We will keep you posted on how we progress and are always open to any ideas and feedback!
