Core to our ethos is supporting you (our client) throughout your life. Sadly many of us will become vulnerable at some point during our lifetime. We have always ensured we have provided support and have joined the Financial Vulnerability Charter which sets clear specific commitments. This is a fantastic initiative that we welcome & wholly embrace. An independent body (The Financial Vulnerability Taskforce) set out the Charter to make sure professional firms understand and implement services and care to ensure vulnerable clients receive the same outcomes as those without vulnerability.
